“ Last week, I visited Vesta Wood-Fired and had an amazing experience. Even though I arrived close to closing time, the staff was incredibly friendly and quickly got us a table. I tried the Old Fashioned cocktail, calamari with roasted pepper, and a margherita pizza. Everything was delicious—the drink was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the wood-fired pizza was cooked perfectly. The restaurant also offers catering and is a great spot for gatherings. Even before the actual event took place, Mirna, the events coordinator, helped me through the planning process with the utmost professionalism and dedication. On the day of the event, our bartenders/servers, Edmond and Axel, were nothing but welcoming, pleasant, and hardworking. All of my guests were thoroughly impressed with Vesta’s hospitality as well as the quality of their food! The caesar salad was well balanced, calamari was crispy, and filet mignon was tender and well cooked. I highly would consider working with Vesta again for any future events. I would also highly recommend Vesta to anyone looking to host a special event for their loved ones! ”
“ We came for my daughter's birthday and everything was perfect. I want to thank Jose and Juan...the food was great. Service and atmosphere is great. It's a little too loud for me, but besides that, it was a perfect evening. Pizza is amazing, halibut was very good, penny vodka was awesome ( per my daughter) and of course drinks very good. ”

A good alternative to add on your weekend shortlist. Interiors are airy in a rustic themed dining room with cathedral ceilings. Oh! Don’t forget a pitcher of Rose Sangria to wash it down! Yum! As for service, we were in good hands with Samantha who took good care of us. We spied the staff wiping down the newly washed dishes.
